I had to drop by to say what a fantastic goose you supplied us this year! I even followed your cooking guidelines, including your stuffing recipe from your leaflet, and everything went down a storm – it came out golden and crispy with plenty of breast meat for everyone. I used some of the fat for the roast potatoes and they were delicious, with plenty left over for the freezer. One happy customer.
